FINLEND TOV ("Finlend", "we") provides construction and installation works, removals and road freight, legal, accounting, tax and management consulting, advertising, and trades goods wholesale and retail. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Clients
Contacts, addresses, floor plans, inventories, contracts and invoices.
3. Moving of documents and equipment
We do not open or read your documents or devices during a move. Archives are sealed and tracked; you may require your own staff to accompany them.
4. Legal and accounting files
Confidential and accessible only to the specialists assigned; kept as required by law and professional rules.
5. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (tax, accounting), legitimate interests (safe transport).
6. Recipients
Subcontractors under confidentiality, state registrars on your instruction, banks. We do not sell personal data.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
